Restoring a Casa Grande Landmark
Built in the 1950s as a service center for International Harvester farm equipment, JF Brown Hall is being thoughtfully restored as part of the Terminal 318 collection. When the doors open in November 2026, the hall will host weddings, galas, corporate events, and gatherings of every kind, pairing industrial heritage with full-service modern hospitality.
The hall is named in tribute to John Fred Brown, remembered as "the Father of Modern Casa Grande" for his role in securing the town's water rights and shaping its future — a legacy this restoration is proud to carry forward.
